After your shower, pop off the top, push up the stick and apply a small amount of the deodorant under your armpits. Allow to dry before you get dressed. Tap the tube on the counter top to help stick go back down.

Like all natural skincare products, please keep in a cool climate. Away from heat and direct sunlight, or product may melt and become difficult to use. If stick becomes difficult to push up, use a blunt object to help you push it up.
