We can ship with Canada Post, Purolator + UPS.

We ship our products through Canada Post or Purolator or UPS, and will select the cheapest option available based on your location. We typically ship your package within 5-7 days of receiving the order, and delivery can take anywhere from 5-14 business days to arrive. Shipping Carriers can be delayed at times and unfortunately this is out of our control. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee with the exception of a free shipping offer. All shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Make sure to double check your shipping address. If it is incorrectly entered by yourself you will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee or reorder is package is lost due to incorrect address.

Shipping is available to the Unites States. We ship international orders though Canada Post. Emerald Earth Organic Spa is not responsible for any duties or fees on packages sent outside of Canada.
FREE LOCAL Pick up / Delivery in Valemount BC
If you live in The Robson Valley or are just passing through, you can arrange to pick up your order from our private homebased studio in Valemount BC. Enter Code “VALEPICKUP” at checkout.
$5 delivery to Jasper Alberta
If you live in Jasper AB we can offer a $5 delivery to Jasper. Subject to availability for when we can find transport for your package to Jasper. Your package will be delivered to Jasper Mettra Pharmacy, 300 Patricia St, and you will receive a text message when your package is ready for pick up. Enter code “JASPERFRIENDS” at checkout.

DAMAGES TO PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING:
We make every effort to securely wrap all products and packages to avoid any damages during shipping. Any damages caused during shipping are beyond our control. We are not responsible for damages caused by the Extreme Weather Changes in Canada + US, this is beyond our control. Please feel free to make a claim with Canada Post or your selected carrier if your items are damaged during shipping.
