EMERALD EARTH WHOLESALE AGREEMENT :
PAYMENT: All prices are subject to taxes. Invoices must be paid in full when you place your order.
Invoices can be paid online with credit card, or E-Transfer to hello@emeraldearthorganicspa.com
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs added to your order and calculated based on order size, weight and destination.
FREE DELIVERY: May be available to your store if we are heading your way. (FREE DELIVERY available for Valemount + Jasper region anytime.)
** Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your order, especially for large, bulk + custom orders.

PROFESSIONAL SPA PRODUCT AGREEMENT
- PRO SPA products are strictly for use in professional massage and spa treatments only. - Not for retail resale, or personal use.
- The Spa must also sell Emerald Earth Products Retail : Gold or Silver level wholesale customers
- Provide proof of your Massage / Spa Business : Business Licence, Provincial Business Registration, etc
- Provide us with your business website and social media channels : you will be expected to give regular shoutouts and promote 
Emerald Earth products on your website and across your social media platforms. As well as display promotional materials in your venue. 
- Provide us with your spa menu featuring Emerald Earth products in your treatments.

TERMS + CONDITIONS + PRODUCT CARE
Wholesale orders are for retail sales only, and should be sold at recommended retail pricing.

Products may be used in professional spa and salon services at your venue and sold retail in your storefront. We have professional back bar sizing available for therapists use in treatments. Contact us via Email to apply for a Professional Spa Account and recieve our PRO SPA Wholesale pricing list. 

Our products are manufactured in small batches to maintain freshness and quality. We use raw, fresh and natural ingredients.  Products are recommended to be used within 18 months of manufacture date. 

Please care for the products on your shelves as the raw, natural ingredients can be sensitive to heat and sunlight. 

Do not allow products to sit on your shelves for longer than 12 months, as they may be past their best. Be sure to rotate your stock frequently. 

Do not allow customers to open sealed products - please let us know if you need additional product samples/ testers for customers to try.

Your store is responsible for any lost, damaged, expired or stolen products.

No refunds or exchanges of wholesale orders because you changed your mind.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you require a refund or exchange of products that are defective. Products must be sealed and unused. 

We are not responsible for any damages or delays caused during shipping - we take every effort to carefully package your order - shipping damages are out of our control.

MARKETING COLLABORATION :
As part of our wholesale partnership we encourage you to promote and share Emerald Earth through your online channels, social media and website.
We will provide you with professional product photos, product information and access to our Shared Google Drive Folder "Emerald Earth Marketing Kit".
We will add your store’s information to our retailers list on our website, with a direct link to your website.
