EMERALD EARTH WHOLESALE AGREEMENT

ORDER PAYMENT

• Place your order online via your wholesale account - all prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• Full payment is required at the time your order is placed.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or E-Transfer to hello@emeraldearthorganicspa.com

SHIPPING

• Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination and will be added to your invoice.
• Please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing, particularly for large, bulk, or custom orders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Retail Sales

• Wholesale products are for retail resale and must be sold at Emerald Earth’s recommended retail pricing.
• Products may also be used in professional massage, spa, and salon services at your venue.

Product Freshness & Care

• All products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients.
• Recommended shelf life: 18 months from manufacture date.
• Please avoid storing products in direct sunlight or excessive heat.
• Stock should not remain on shelves longer than 12 months — rotate inventory regularly.
• Sealed products should not be opened by customers. Please request testers if needed.

Liability

• Retailers are responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or damaged products once on your shelves.
• No refunds or exchanges for wholesale orders due to change of mind.
• Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must remain sealed and unused.
• Emerald Earth is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier damage; all shipments are insured.

Our Professional Spa Partners play an important role in representing the Emerald Earth experience within treatments and retail spaces.

Emerald Earth products are available in professional bulk sizing for spa treatments and refill options: 120ml | 250ml | 500ml | 1L | 4L

Professional Spa Account Requirements:
• PRO SPA Wholesale products are for professional treatment use only (not for retail resale or personal use).
• Spa must also carry Emerald Earth retail products (Silver or Gold wholesale level).
• Provide proof of business (Business License, Registration, Website, Spa Menu, etc.).

To help maintain brand alignment, we appreciate:
• Featuring Emerald Earth within your spa treatment menu
• Sharing your website and social media channels with us so we can cross-promote
• Highlighting Emerald Earth products within your online presence in a way that feels natural to your business
