Have you ever treated yourself to a day at the spa, having the most wonderful treatments, only to wish you could be pampered like this every day at home? Well the good news is, you can be!
Emerald Earth’s products are created to be used both in Luxury Spa treatments and in the comfort of your own home. Here are the steps on how to perform a quality spa facial routine at home.
Allow yourself 30 mins of “me time”.
Set yourself up in a quiet location with access to a mirror and warm water. Or if you want to enhance your self-care routine, run yourself a nice warm bath and have a soak whilst you give yourself a facial. (personally this is my favourite thing to do, and I treat myself to a bath + facial combo at least once a week.)
Select your Emerald Earth facial care products for todays treatment. Have ready 2 face cloths, 1 towel, 1 small dish and a small spoon.
Rinse your face with warm water
CLEANSE:
Dispense 4 pumps of Facial Cleansing Oil into your palm and use your fingertips to vigorously rub cleanser over your face, rubbing in small circular motions. Avoid the eyes and mouth. Can be used on neck and chest area too.
PRO TIP: I like to use a Gua Sha tool here to give my skin a firming facial massage and also to help the cleanser to penetrate deeper into the skin.
Use a warm damp face cloth to remove and wipe off cleanser, then rinse face with warm water.

Emerald Earth Rosemary + Citrus Facial Cleansing Oil
MASK + EXFOLIATE
Clay Facial Mask with Rosehip + Chamomile
Clay Facial Mask with Kelp + Green Tea
Apres Gel Face Mask with Cucumber + Aloe
CLAY FACE MASK: In a small dish add 2 tsp of clay powder and splash in a few drops of water until you can stir to form a paste.
GEL FACE MASK: In a small dish portion out 1 tsp of Apres Gel Face Mask
DOUBLE ACTION MASK: Use 1tsp of Clay Face Mask + 1 tsp Apres Gel Face Mask. Mix to combine.
Using fingertips, apply mask evenly over face rubbing in circular motions for extra exfoliation as you apply. Avoid eyes and mouth.
Find a quiet place to relax for 10 - 15 mins while facial mask works its magic. As the mask drys you will feel you skin tingle as it tightens and tones.
Use a warm damp face cloth to remove mask from your face, then rinse with warm water, and pat dry. Double check around nose, mouth, eyes and hairline as sometimes you can miss a spot.
TONER:
Spray face evenly with Toner, and allow to absorb into the skin.
Or spritz toner onto a cotton pad an wipe over skin to help remove any leftover product and residue.

Emerald Earth Cucumber & Aloe Facial Toner
SERUM:
In the palm of your hand dispense 5 drops of Facial Serum, with your fingertips evenly apply serum to your face, neck and chest, massaging into skin on application.
PRO TIP:
I like to use a facial roller tool here to help massage the facial serum into this skin. The mechanism of the facial roller can also help to decrease puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles, as well as push your facial care products deeper into the skin layers.

Emerald Earth BALANCING Facial Serum with Jojoba + Grapeseed
Emerald Earth RADIANT GLOW Facial Serum with Olive Squalane + Sea Buckthorn
DAY CREAM With Meadowfoam + Zinc
Apply a thin layer to your face in the morning, be sure to take the time to rub it into your skin until it becomes clear, so the minerals are absorbed to create a light sun protective layer with a matte finish.
NIGHT CREAM with Evening Primrose
For a deep skin hydration whilst you sleep, with antioxidants and anti-ageing properties. Apply a small amount of Evening Rose Facial Cream to your face, neck and chest area, massage into skin. This cream is very rich and luxurious, a little goes a long way.
