Lavender Rose Facial Toner

Normally I love all the Emerald Earth products, but the Lavender Rose toner smelled like the dentist. Wasn't sure if the original scent just faded, or if maybe it had gone bad, there was some solidish residue in it as well, if that informs the state at all.
